I received my POY I ordered like the one pictured in my previous post, but nowhere on it is it stamped BOB POY 2015. I thought that was part of the deal. I emailed Mark but he has chosen to not answer my question about the lack of POY markings. I have bought quite a few of Mark's pipes before and they are all great, but I am really disappointed in this transaction and it may be my last. Bummer!!!

Very surprised to hear this. Mark has always responded to my queries, so I'd like to think he's away from the computer right now. Perhaps give it a day or two. I'm sure he'll put this right for you.

Mark emailed me and apparently it's resolved. Technical glitch as I suspected.

There had to have been a system glitch between my system and his system. He actually called me at home last night and we tried to figure out what was going on. He only got my last email sent yesterday and I never got any of his. Anyway he is having me send the pipe back and he will stamp it so it will be a BOB POY 2015. I knew what was going on was not at all like him to ignore a customer with an issue or problem. He is a great guy and great pipe artisan.

I should update my story. Mark also included a tamper he made to make up for the problem I had. He didn't have to do that and it just goes to show what kind of guy Mark is.
