Smoked some country style pork ribs which have nothing to do with the ribs but can be damn good anyway. I've been doing this for years but I'm still surprised how good cheap cuts of meat can taste and how tender they can get when cooked low and slow. Amazing!
 
Country style ribs are one of my favorites also DW.
I usually chop them up and have them on a hamburger bun with barbeque sauce mixed in.
I also like having them on flour tortillas with sauted bell pepper, onion, cheese, hot sauce and sour cream. I do this with leftover pork chops also.
