The 85% for Florida definitely includes pipe tobacco. There's no state tax here on cigars. I have a local B&M that carries a decent selection of tins, but they are about twice what one would pay at any of the online retailers because of the state tax.KevinM":6o4cf3zl said:I dunno, I noticed the heading, "Other Tobacco Products" and the language in the fine print at the end. Based on that, I interpret the chart as applying to tobacco products other than cigarettes --- i.e., pipe tobak, snuff, stogies and little cigars.
Not yet, but we're holding our breath here. All the B&Ms I know say they don't think we can last much longer.Puff Daddy":uotf83hh said:No Pennsylvania?
