Since I ended up coating them with a Kansas City style Sauce, nothing too sweet. I actually followed the meal up with a bowl of FVF.

Nice change of pace from the goopy Lane Aromatics I often smoke.
 
Is that bacon I see? I wrap my chicken legs in bacon from time to time.
