What does "RLP-6" stand for? (Lane brand)

It could mean anything or nothing. Lew Rothman, the founder of JR Cigars, once said that coming up with new names for every cigar he introduces is a pain in the ass, or words to that effect. I assume it's the same with pipe tobacco.
