We just wrapped-up replacing the Unit 1's main turbine down at the local nuke plant where I work. Not the greatest life event, but it consumed me for several months...and it's fun to spend $140M :lol:

Hope to be regular here again.

Sounds like an interesting project, myself being a machinist it really interst me.

We had perhaps 100 millwrights on the project. Since it came in under schedule, under budget, and with less vibration than its had in 20 years, I'd say it was a success. Those involved have been well compensated - as they deserved.
