Started in July, I was 18. 19 now...I may be only 19, but on the inside, I'm and old man...haha.

October is by far the best month. Nothin' like sittin' on the porch enjoying a pipe while you see the colors of fall you only see once a year. Not too hot, and not too cold. Throw a jacket on, go sit by the lake, and puff away.

Pipe smoking, for me, gives me personally more of an opportunity to get my head straight or to think about stuff that is on my mind. That being said, I like the fact that it enhances my alone time...It's not about an addiction or anything of that sort for me, it's more of "I want to think", and...

I live on a 20 mile long lake, and my favorite spot is somewhere on the banks of that muddy lake and watching nature and God do their work! I dunno if anyone mentioned it, but I usually tend to go out there close to sunset, and watch everything wind down for the remainder of the night, quietly...

You're right on that my man...I've only owned one cob, and it was awesome. I'm more of a briar guy, but I do find myself liking the General and Freehand look from MM.

When I first tried flake, I had no clue how to break it up correctly, and ended up with bigger chunks inside my bowl. Took a while to get it started, but once it caught I smoked a 2 hour bowl in a medium sized bowl. Bigger chunks tend to last longer, but are harder to keep lit. I find myself...

I just picked up a Cassano Forte for $65.00 and they are so underrated. They smoke considerably well and smooth. Best buy for me right now.

I'm about a month and a half into pipe smoking, usually smoking every other day or sometimes two days rest in between smokes....what is considered moderation to keep it safe?
