Thanks everyone! I've seen pictures of those Boswell vest pipes - some of them are absolutely gorgeous! I need to examine corncobs more as well. It's a new world to discover! :)

...but I hope I'm welcome anyway :) Right now, I guess you could say I'm at the "curious" stage. I have never smoked a pipe but I love fly fishing and a couple of weeks ago I for some reason started thinking that maybe I should get a pipe for my fishing trips - to make those skunking days a bit...
