    Pokers

Those are longer than what I'm looking for. Is "poker" the bowl size? This is something like I want. https://i.servimg.com/u/f34/17/84/13/47/1111110.jpg

    Pokers

I am really liking the pokers, but who makes a "mass produced" one? Like peterson, dunhill, savenilli.... When I look on different websites I cant find one. What is the actual name of these pipes?

    Cigar Label Decoupage Humidor Project...

Im not for sure on how hard they are to find now but when they first came out you could find a moscow city and a regular hammer in a nice glass double case. They were actually rather nice boxes. The cigars come in nice "glass" looking cases as well. The Moscows are in a black glass box while the...

    A little cob work

To each his own, but a new Country Gentleman is less than $10.00. The modified one will last longer but I treat the cobs as disposable. Yeah I realize I spent more on material than the pipe. This pipe only cost me 7.99. But as I said I had no material that actually helped in doing this. Now I...

    A little cob work

It didn't get any glue in the bowl. The shank is huge and I think that probably helped a little. The wood glue can be sanded so I would have probably just used a small file on it.

    A little cob work

I bought a MM country gentlemen and noticed the cob was rather soft under the sticker so I proceeded to make it a hard wood plug. I have one other pipe that I plan on doing this to, after I smoke the cg and make sure nothing is wrong with it from my handy work. Here are a few pics of the...

    Card Cobs

I doubt he was misinformed. He made reference to his 20 years of pipe smoking every time i would ask a question or mention something i had read on the internet. He even said the internet was the worst place to learn about pipes. The sad thing is they have a really nice cigar humidor and a lot...

    Card Cobs

Went and picked up a couple card cobs today. The guy at the shop told me they would only last about 90 days and then have to be thrown out. : )

    Bent vs straight

Sorry for the duplicate thread. Missed the other one..... As far as my needs, I don't know yet. I was looking at the MM country gentleman set. My local is suppose to be getting in some cobs today so I will hold out from ordering until I can see what they get in. I just wasn't sure if one would...
