    GH Cherry Cream Flake

I have a bit of this and enjoy it. The cream I think is subjective. I only get cherry and Lakeland plus a little Virginia. But I like it. Lakeland blends are not my thing but this one it works nicely as a component.

Frog Morton Cellar Reserve kind of bland

I'll try to revisit it in the spring, maybe it is just my taste buds.

Frog Morton Cellar Reserve kind of bland

There's not too much cake built up, but there is a little. I've reduced the cake in a couple of pipes because the chamber was nearly just a tube... Not this one though. The seasonal thing might be at play or just a bad batch.

Frog Morton Cellar Reserve kind of bland

Hi there folks. I don't post often here but I'm a regular lurker, sorry. Not much to add that's positive to the discussion usually... Anyhow, I've gone through a couple of tins of FM Cellar and they were great. Tangy, sweet and sour, smokey. All of the good stuff. But the last tin I've smoked...

    Savinelli Series?

I kept the Punto Oro 115 and the Sterling Silver 310. I'm not a fan of the 310 that I have, the draw is too tight, I might try to open it up slightly. The Moka 320 was not great and I cleaned it up and repaired the really messed up mouthpiece and gave it to a friend to start with. Moka must be a...

    Sweet and Sour

I think so, I called P&C a few days ago and the lady I spoke to said she had no idea.

    Sweet and Sour

I've been trying to track down H&H Sweet and Savory and have found out that its a Marquee series tobacco. But I cannot find IT. Who sells it?

    Savinelli Series?

I've done a fair amount of poking around and have come up pretty much empty handed. Since EBay is such a positive and beneficial place to shop (*cough*) I have found my way to a few more inexpensive Savinelli gems. But most of them are not current production so finding anything out about them...

    Savinelli Luxor

The pictures don't show it but the Savinelli "S" on a shield with two pipes is there. And 9mm is on the bottom. I'm going to clean it up and post some pictures once done!

    Savinelli Luxor

Hey, that's my pipe! Yes, that's the one. It's a nice feeling pipe, good feel to it. I wasn't sure if its a lower grade Savinelli? Just a good price?

    Savinelli Luxor

I recently won an auction on EBay for a Savinelli Luxor 101 and paid $26 delivered. Its in really great shape, honestly there are no scratches or blemishes at all. Its a great looking pipe. So I ask, what is a Luxor? I can see a black stem with 3 copper/brass rings. And reddish briar with nice...

    Sweet and Sour

Thank you for the recommendations. I'm going to take my time and try to taste them all, but it's hard to not just buy everything that sounds good.

    Sweet and Sour

I had some HH Old Dark Fired and it had a really nice sweet and sour flavor to it. I've tried other similar blends that just didn't have the same thing. Can anyone recommend a blend with what they would call sweet and sour?

    Hello from NY

My little Weber is a nice one as well and I was shocked to see 14k on the ferrule. It's a Deep Grain according to the stamp in the side. I got it from Ebay for $8 if I remember correctly.

    Hello from NY

Hello all, I'm somewhat new to pipe smoking so I was given a very helpful recommendation to join here. So here I am! I hope to learn some and contribute if possible. I have a few MM corn cobs, Comoy's straight apple and a Weber bent. I've tried a few tobaccos that I really like and am looking...
