I was chatting with father this evening on Skype and was telling him how I'd put a couple of old 'baccy tins to good use; one for a DE razor bank and the other as a travel tin - you may have seen the pics on here. He's a practical chap and appreciates such things.
After a while he disappears and comes back wielding this:

If I've got my facts right, this tin is about 80 years old. Father uses it to house a very old pocket watch that once belonged to his father.
