New bowl for the calabash.

I made this beech bowl for my calabash to replace the broken meerschaum. Did make one form available wood earlier on, but that has burned out now.

That's right I used a lathe to make the new bowl.

Nice work! Would be interested in knowing how the beech holds up. I've used Mulberry to make a pipe and it has held up very good.

I have made a few pipes out of beech and the hold up to smoking fine.
They are best left in their natural colour in my view .
