The pipe club will meet on Thursday May 19 at Pen and Pencil Club 7:00PM 1522 Latimer Street In Center City Philadelphia. We got displaced from our usual Wednesday. So bring your pipes, tobacco and your good humor for a night of fun conversations, good food and comradery. The last several meetings have garnered one or 2 new members each, and they have been under 40YO or even 30, which is a good thing, although many of our pipes and some of our tobaccos are older than they are. Our attendance now borders on a couple of dozen, although the total membership is about 100. Parking next door is $11, half the going rate, for our guests. Several members went to Chicagoland and they'll be showing off their stash and bringing us samples to puff. hp les
