Smoking nice and smooth, not bitter at all. No tongue bite either, which is something I am struggling with.

I believe this is all Virginia. It is not a sweet sugary taste, and not too smokey.

When I opened the can it reminded me a of a pungent BBQ sauce and had the earthy undertone of a damp forest floor. That greeny undertone had me worried that it may be bitter, but I was pleasantly surprised by the smooth light smoke.

I like it!

My Savenelli Natural is browning nicely. I have only had it for a couple weeks, and like it enough to buy another. It is a nice simple cheap pipe, and at $40 the price is right. The grain is different around the pipe, and it seems to be less than perfect or uniform, but it gives off a nice clean taste. Smokes well if I do my part.

Anyone else like these pipe? Any particular reason they seem to smoke so nice?

Oh yeah and this Benjamin Heartwell Signature Blend is lasting a really long time. I'm going on 45 min with a quarter of a bowl left.

Goes well with a Lager.
