There's not much I like more than turning a chunk of nothing into something cool (well, sometimes they end up by being cool anyway).
Here's a sliver of damascus steel I 'whittled' into a form that fits the fingers very well, then holed it for a chain lanyard, added a deeply frosted clear glass ball and put the whole thing together with a small knob of Macassar Ebony and Green Mystery Wood that has a very, very strong neodymium magnet epoxied inside. It will adhere very well to any ferrous metal...a nail pounded in the wall, the chain, whatever. Just a little sumpin' sumpin' to keep me going.
