I...didn't consider that. I was hoping the comment to be more of an affront to bourbon preservationists. The mistake was mine own and I fear that it may prove to be a grave one.

Reminds me of a great 60 Minutes piece about McDonalds trying to control the use of that name in the UK. Seems they were upset about a woman whose last name was McDonald calling her small sandwich shop...McDonalds!
So they went up to Scotland to interview THE MacDonald, and as the official head of the clan, he stated that only he had the authority to grant permission to use the name!
