[QUOTE="Blackhorse, post: 321095, member: 1365"] Honey, hit me with a shot of that Wild Turkey, willya? No, no...not THAT crap, the real stuff...the 101! And bring me a cuppa coffee while you're at it, there's a good girl. Hey boys and girls...look what uncle Blackhorse found! You all know how much I like wood and steel. Here's a little goodie I picked up using the Home Depot gift Card I got for Father's Day. If we ever have to do a mop up action, I'm takin' this along. The eagle logo thing is a sticker and comes right off. I'll likely paint over the bare steel "ESTWING" thing to match the black paint on the rest of the handle. It's also possible that I'll sand the shiny coating on the leather handle off - need to do a little more research on that one - I could put melted beeswax leather waterproofer on it and then burnish it til shiny. Just a thought. Gotta fiddle with stuff. Officially - The Estwing Double Bit Father's Day Axe. As usual...solid US steel...made in the USA.
