"The Very Best Of André Rieu" Laugh if you want, but I do love Viennese Waltzes. I grew up exposed to a great many musical styles and started playing piano at age 5 around 1957. Thus, I was exposed to traditional American folk songs, classical, waltzes, old standards, and much else. Additionally, I performed in the grade school concert band from the 4th grade onwards. We played a great variety of styles from classical to contemporary, waltzes to marches, etc. So I have an appreciation for many styles. The music of André Rieu is like an old trusted friend, and is very soothing. It works for me. Cheers, RR
