It's not <em>active</em> resistance, but because it is different than how I breathe, for lack of a better way to say it, it is <em>passive</em> resistance. Just a tad more restrictive and deliberate, like when you drink whiskey or wine and know how to breathe to maximize flavor. It becomes muscle memory, but it is certainly different than the common breath.</p></blockquote><p></p>
