Disappointed by a Kaywoodie. Anyone else?

Dull is one of those personalities that sings "ignorant" in my ears. I know others have a different opinion, but I doubt I'll ever take you seriously.

Disappointed by a Kaywoodie. Anyone else?

Brothers; I have not posted on here in quite some time. For various reasons. And for other various reasons, I'm back, and glad I am. I have dozens of Kaywoodies. My passion is very old, pre-WWII, unsmoked Kaywoodies. I have several, and they haunt me, because I want to smoke them. But I have...

    squadron comander review

I'm mostly a Va or VaPer smoker, but when I want an English blend, I turn to Squadron Leader. I find it quite nice. It smokes easily, with no bite, and makes clouds of smoke. It has a nice English flavor, but not overpowering in the Latakia. It's a go to smoke if there ever was one... nothing...

Help me find my first pipe and baccy

Of course, you now need to buy another pipe, right? First, one is never enough, and second, with pipes, they need time to rest in between smokes. Some of us on this forum own 20 or 30 pipes, some 60 or 70, and some, 100-200 or 300... right? In my pipe club, there is one guy that has his own pipe...

    An interesting exchange on Facebook

Civil Disobedience... I too will buy tobacco on the black market. All the more reason to stockpile while I can. I do not blame the politicians, however. They were "elected", and so behave as if they represent the people. They do not. They are doing what they do best, their business, maintaining...

    Interesting no-smoking sign

Zion is still a depressing place. Thanks for this, I will go there this weekend with my biggest briar, stuff it full of the foulest week I possess, and blow great clouds of smoke on the public throughfare.

    Any Charatan experts?

Frost; I'm assuming you have read "Memories of Charatan Pipes and Notes on their Dating" by Ivy Ryan? If not, I can send you a link, but you can Google for this article, if you haven't read it.

MacBaren Symphony in a still being broken-in Kaywoodie billiard... about a late 40's early 50's Supergrain.
