This is my first time posting and I need some advice.

I just bought this on ebay, does anyone know how to change the flint?

Thanks,

Jim

Best way to check that would be open it and see if there is a flint remnant in it. It is likely held in place with a long spring. Failing that, take the lighter to a Brick and Mortar tobacconist shop, a tobacco specialty shop. See if someone on staff there can help you, and be sure to ask them to show you how. A good pipe and cigar specialty shop will gladly help you out.

Thanks for your help.

Yes, it is nice looking, thanks. One more question-do I use a screwdriver to open it where the fill valve is? That is the only possible opening I see. really apreciate your advice as I know nothing about vintage lighters:)
You can but a coin, like a dime should work just as well.
