While I was off line, I smoked a bowl of year 2016 Sutliff 507-C Slices in a black sandblast PSB medium bend 2021 Peterson POTY 4AB No. 228/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem.

I followed that up with a bowl of year 2012 Carter Hall in a black rusticated medium bend 2021 Peterson POTY 4AB No. 437/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem.

Dinner was a wonderful salad, chicken legs and green beans dinner with strawberries for dessert. Then, I smoked a bowl of Chris Morgan Jackalope in a straight smooth medium brown year 1912 Henry Tongue bulldog with a silver cap and band and an amber saddle stem with an orific bit.

My follow up smoke was year 2013 Capstan Gold in a post-WWII Bertram 60 straight smooth dark brown squat bulldog with a black vulcanite saddle stem.

Currently, I've a third of a bowl left of Uhle’s Blend 71 in a 2018 smooth full bend Peterson Premiere 312 billiard with a silver cap military mount and a black vulcanite saddle stem with a p-lip.

A third of a bowl left of this bowl from a freshly opened tin of year 2013 Capstan Blue Flake in a 2015 Ryan Alden quarter bend burgundy sandblasted Queen of Hearts freehand with a black acrylic saddle stem.

My friends Rick (Bailsong to BoB members) and Lyndasue drove from New Hampshire to North Carolina to adopt two of the orange scampers. They named them “Bill” and “Archie.” It was a little bittersweet saying goodbye to them, but one thing I know for sure is that Rick and Lyndasue will give them all the love and attention they deserve. And Bill and Archie will reciprocate that love and attention. They drove a long way for love.

And here they are ready to go to their new home in New Hampshire.

Just finished smoking year 2014 Edgeworth Ready Rubbed Match in a 2018 full bend smooth Terracotta Peterson XL315 System Standard military mount with a nickel cap and a flared black vulcanite p-lip stem. Couldn't post this before now because Long Tail climbed up on my lap and then, my chest, and went to sleep.

Half way through this bowl of year 2020 Angler's Dream in a 1984 Stanwell Antique 124 egg with a smooth brown front and a black sandblasted back with a dark gold ferrule and black vulcanite stem in the military mount style. Chatting with the folks who adopted the orange tabbies.

Still chatting, and am close to finishing this bowl of year 2012 Rolando’s Own in a smooth straight early ‘60s Lane era “William Conrad” Charatan Executive Extra Large stretch apple with diagonal channel cuts on the lower right and left of the bowl along with a black vulcanite double comfort saddle stem.

So glad the scampers are going to a good home. Kudos to Bali and Lynda for doing that.

Good morning,
It`s been a tough week so far, My back has been really bad and I am having a hard time getting around, My wife has come down with some kind of flu. Dr told her it`s going around, she has meds ,so hopefully she gets better...My aunt who has the same Flu as my wife is in the hospital !
I am smoking my Caminetto billiard with Lane LL-7,Mug of Yukon coffee.
Ranger, stay away from Samsung/LG appliances- they are both troublesome and many repair tech`s wont even work on them! Good luck on your search.

Just enjoyed the first third of a bowl of Mac Baren Virginia #1, unaged on my short walk to work this morning; what a beautiful morning it is! I'll finish the rest in a few hours. Jim's review on tobaccoreviews says it's even better with age so this will probably stay in the mason jar for quite a few months or years before I go beyond this bowl of it. Speaking of Jim, it is really great to see the animals he cares for go to a good home. Props to Bali for taking them in.

Half way though this bowl of pre-2014 Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style. Was going to watch Mad Dog Russo, but opted for the Phillies-Mets game. I'll watch the Dog later. It's been raining for hours, so no walking, and the ferals are sheltering somewhere. Still have to write up the early morning drama I had some hours ago. Ice water and bergs is my drink.
