Hmmmm... I haven't found that to be the case. Most of the time I DGT heavy latakia blends and find them to be exquisite. They don't "change" as much as a virginia blend does, but they're still a fine smoke. However, if I've smoked "wet" the night before... DGT'ing that can be a soggy...
