I've been using both Dill's as well as Longs. Made an estate pipe purchase on ebay and the seller was awesome and sent along a bag of each plus a tamper as well.

I use the Penny Matches 'Strike Anywhere" by Penley. I get them at a local Amish Store. I pay only $1.30 for a package of ten. 32 matches per box.

I've had this German made pipe rack for years now. It holds eight pipes as well as having room for tobacco storage. I'm guessing it's from the 50's or early 60's but cannot really tell. Don't quote me on that. I might decide to sell or trade it someday. Right now it's the only rack I have.
