I've used 3 different pipe repairmen to date. Mike @ Walker gets my nod hands down, beautiful work and reasonable turnaround times. Never tried their ozone treatment though

I don't have any issues with zippo's myself, the fuel doesn't bother me.  I'm sure different folks are more sensitive to it than others.  Being that I used a zippo for 15 years smoking cigarettes probably didn't help. I did try the thunderbird insert but it crapped out on me pretty quick...

That's insane, I can get it for cheaper than that at my local B&M (which is never the case) Really though, I hope P&C isn't just the first of a line of e-tailers to do it :(
