    By law, if you buy anything tax free via mail-order in the US, you have to pay all applicable taxes with your federal/stat income tax return. for California, I think based on this: http://www.boe.ca.gov/pdf/boe851.pdf You are looking at a 30% tobacco tax, + applicable sales tax (currently 8%)...

    When in Switzerland, take a boat trip on the Lake of Lucerne: You will see the origins of Switzerland, and also part of the Swiss Alps. If you have time: Venice, Italy. It is so different than anything I have ever seen. The train takes you there, after that, it is all by boat. Markus

    Cavicchi, Castello, or Le Nuvole

    I have 6 Le Nuvoles, a couple of Castellos, and over 30 Cavicchis. They are all nice brands, but I must have missed the superior quality part of the Castellos. IMHO, It is just marketing. Cavicchi's are usually not featherlight, so make sure, you check the weight, before you buy. Markus
