Well, here is my very first churchwarden. I've sold this one to a friend.

The stem is handcut. The insert is zebrawood. This was the first time I have tried an insert. Cool effect, but I need to work on perfecting my method.

Let me know what you guys think.

I like that a lot. The insert is a very nice touch. I like the grain on the pipe. Your stain really makes it pop!

Excellent, finally, a Churchwarden with a decent stem, I hate that most Churchwardens have skinny and fragile stems, that stem looks like a real winner, love the insert and the stummel grain and stain look marvellous, your friend must be very pleased. :)

Very, very nicely done. I love the coloring and how the grain pops. Well done brother!

That is so elegant! The colours are beautiful. I really enjoy the stem too. Classy.

Great pipe!

As previously stated, fantastic grain, great staining and the wood insert is a winner!

Congratulations

Jers

Nice job, the grain, insert & stem all seem to just fit the flow of the pipe. Lucky friend.
