This is unusual. How long has it been since you've rebooted your phone or laptop? I'm not sure what you are using to access the site.

Lenovo i3 Chromebook. About once a week I do clear all Google and Chrome history, but this already happened today and I hadn't cleared anything in several days. It's no big deal. I usually remember my name and password.

Okay, so that appears to be current url. Since it's only happening to you, I think clearing cookies then trying again may stop it.
