A word to the wise about menthol

Heavily mentholated snuff is wonderful stuff, but not five minutes before lighting a pipe.

I thought it would open up my nose and I'd be treated to the full range of flavors of my pipe. Instead I got a bowl that tasted something like smoking a Newport while drinking eggnog. Not Recommended.

:lol!: Awesome...reminds me of the one time and only one time I've drank milk right before smoking...

Nasal snuff queers the taste of the pipe,I don't snuff while piping or just before.
I love snuff first thing in the morning though,that menthol snuff with coffee is really
bracing. 8)
