I never knew alot about the Blues,,, but back in Colorado, in 1986 or 1987,, me and a buddy went to the State Fair , in Pueblo. and as a crowd of people tried to jump the back fence to see a concert, me and him just walked right on through the back gate, talkin loud about fixin a tire on a horsetrailer, while the guards chased after the fence jumpers.
This guy comes out, plays a guitar like Ive never seen or heard a man do, I mean he would jam and it seemed like his fingers were goin a hundred miles an hour, then he'd slow down , and it seemed like his music lifted me , then brought me down to mellow,, then lifted again,, He was Amazing !!!!!!!!
Id never heard of him, until that night,,,
His name was Stevie Ray Vaughn!! God rest his soul ! I think he was the best musician I have ever heard in my life!!
LOL, I got chills just thinkin about that again.
