Altesse Speciale?

...Anybody ever heard of it? One of the pipes I inherited from my Grandpa bears that marking on it, along with something mostly illegible in German. It's a straight bulldog, and I do believe the best smoker I own. I guess I'm just wondering if anybody has any information on the pipe maker who, apparently, made this pipe.
