Anyone ever seen this Dunhill pipe stand before?

Hey all,

I picked this up on the Bay awhile back. I've searched and searched, but can't find any others like it, where it came from, or what it's made out of. It seems to me like a resin of some sort, but I'm not sure. Anyone have any info? Thanks!

Thank you! I got it cleaned up a bit, but since I didn't know what material it was made of I ended up just using water and a bunch of Q-tips, lol I'll have to try and get some photos from after.
