This could get very ugly. It could result in Stephen Ross, Miami Dolphins owner, ordered to sell the team, if it can be proven that he offered Flores a $100k bonus per game lost to get higher draft choices.
The Rooney rule has always been a joke. 70+% of NFL players are Black. Only Pittsburgh has a Black head coach.
Hire the best candidate regardless of race. Don't eliminate a candidate because of race. Be fair with everyone.
Kevin O'Connell will be the MN Vikings next coach. Kwesi Adofo-Mensah is the new GM.
