Briar cooling period?

Hey dudes,

Just curious. What is the min cooling period for briars before I can remove the stem and clean it properly?

An hour should be plenty long enough.

As long as you don’t have to struggle to remove the stem you should be fine.

On the other hand, you don’t have to remove the stem each time. Just run a bristle pipe cleaner down the stem and into the bowl a couple of times and wipe out the bowl with a paper towel.
