I managed to break a pipe yesterday. Definitely one I don't want to trash. I broke the stem off at the shank. Can anyone recommend a good, honest, and affordable pipe repair?

LL repairs pipes? I snapped the stem off inside the shank on one of my Wileys. I imagine it will need a new stem though.

He does outstanding work. I've had a pipe done by him and many others here have. I've not heard a single negative thing about his work.

Mike Brissett (pipemaker) repaired a Preben Holm pipe for me that I did the same thing to and did and awesome job! Not only did he make a complete replacement stem but he also was able to repair the old stem as a back up.
