Can any body shed any light on this pipe for me?

I just purchased a pipe off a site called etsy. The title was vintage jobey, and the women selling it didn't really have any information about the pipe, other then that it was a jobey. I was intrigued so i bought it. As i was looking over the pictures of it i noticed it didn't resemble a jobey style. I dont really know because i havnt received it yet. But my curiosity couldnt wait. So i though i would include pictures and ask some experienced pipe collectors.
