Just wanted to testify to multiple smooth trades with Cartaphilus - he's a great communicator and always shipped exactly what he said he would and when he said he would. Very reliable gent.

You can't beat a FREE pipe restoration from Ron! He made my recently purchased Ashton Pebble Grain shine like almost new and smell just as sweet!

The pipe took a minor detour on its return trip but he was very good at communicating and I wasn't worried in the least the whole time. Ron was very conscientious about the whole process and even now has checked up to make sure I'm still enjoying it! :cheers:
