I came upon and article on 100 year old plus people and their lifestyle. Interesting about the smoking:
Based on years of data from studying centenarians, Barzilai reported that when analyzing the data from his particular pool of centenarians, at age 70:12

  • 37% were overweight
  • 8% were obese
  • 37% were smokers (for an average of 31 years)
  • 44% reported only moderate exercise
  • 20% never exercised at all

Data without a direction is pointless.

No…it does sound interesting. Weight vs. exercising vs. smoking, etc. I was just wondering if they were trying to prove something.

If you find the thing again send us a link?
