Chicken Coop Ideas.

I need to build one before it gets cold but I just dont seem to have any ideas. I have lots of wood and such, but just couldnt come up with a plan. Ideas welcome, oh and google search turned up squat. Im not building a Dutch cottage for my chickens. I want something practical for 14 chickens with room for chicks to mature. I have a fenced in area for them already.

Call your Harris County Ag agent. They have all sorts of plans for farm buildings and the help and advice is free! :twisted:

Type in chicken coops on YouTube, I get many of my ideas from there. Also check out backyardchickens.com and join the forums. There is a wealth of info there on coop ideas along with many many photos of coops and other chicken care info too.
