Data Base Need

My modest cellar is growing and my collection of pipes is as well. Anyone have a good spread sheet or data base program for keeping track of such things? The dollar school composition book is becoming a chore.

Something like a computer version of the old tobacco and pipe leger book.

Personally I've never felt the need to maintain a 'data base'.. I don't understand that mentality.. But to each his own I guess...

Tobaccoceller.org or some such is an online version a lot of guys use...

I imagine any of the programs in OpenOffice (free) or MS Office (Not so free) could help you build a spread sheet or just keep and editable list...

Having said that, I've never had a Comp Book crash on me or forget to pay its registration fee....

I keep my inventory on a spreadsheet.
Since all my ordering is online, I enter
new purchases when I order.
