Watch the R.A.T.S. thread here in the tobacco jar section. When it becomes available it'll be gone in a matter of hours so you have to be right on top of it. Best suggestion is to go to a few retailers and sign up for the instant alerts for when it becomes available.

For me, Odyssey alone has made any need to acquire Penzance pretty much irrelevant. Throw in Meridian, Lagonda & Samarra and my Latakia needs are pretty much covered. Penzance is a really good smoke and I have a small amount in the cellar, but I have zero time for tobacco hunting.

I live in Penzance. My excellent B&M (in Penzance) claims the stuff doesn't exist. He has had numerous people come in over the years asking for it, but he can't get it anywhere. I know it's not for me, personally, 'cos I can't stand Latakia.
