Finally back in the U.S.!

So after 9 months in afghanistan, I finally arrived home yesterday, just in time to welcome the New Year with my wife & infant son. Was an extremely long, & drama filled trip back, so incredibly greatful that it is over with. Still hasn't really hit me that I am back in the states, & day to day life is going to take a little while to get used to, but my wife is patient, & we've done the post deployment reintegration before, so it shouldn't been too bad.
