Forgot the name of a seller, help! [SOLVED]

I ran across a link once to a guy on YouTube that makes pipes in his garage workshop, and does videos on pipes and Tobaccos. He sells his pipes on ebay, I believe, and his gimmick, if you will, is that he makes quality handmade pipes for the common man. I think all his pipes were under $100.
Kicking myself because I forgot to bookmark the guy, and searches of the internet and history is turning up zilch.
Is this ringing a bell with anyone?

If it helps, I seem to remember the guy always having a thermos of coffee in his videos, and he'd have a cup while recording.

I thought you were talking about Jay Mouton, or Jay Moulton, until you said $100. I don't think they can even buy quality briar blocks for $100, at least not the blocks the better known carvers use.
