Grant Batson does it again!!!

This young man is the most exciting pipe maker in the world in my mind. His work is so fresh and powerful. There are so many great pipe makers right now, but Grant I think is really pushing the boundaries. If you can, I would grab one of his pipes before they are out of reach. I am hoping to work out a commission for next Christmas.

Beautiful; looks like antique jewelry, but it's a pipe. Embellished bamboo; never seen that before, and the color of the bowl is integrated with that.

I really like this poker. I wonder how he got the cow to stand so still for the picture though. :suspect: I just looked at his site. His stuff won't be everybody's cup of tea, but man, I like about everything I saw!

I absolutely love that blowfish... i went to his site and checked his stuff out, although very disappointed i cannot afford any of his work, i was VERY impressed!
