35 plus year pipe smoker & collector of pipes and all things related to tobacciana. Have had many highly touted English and Italian pipes pass through my hands but still prefer American made Kaywoodies from the 1920's & '30's. Looking forward to being part of this community.

Welcome from Pennsyltucky, we share alot of history and I'M an early Kaywoodie fan my self. Pull up a chair, light a bowl and enjoy the fine company here.

Welcome to the forum. I am originally from central Ky. My dad and grandfather owned 1400 acres of tobacco farmland back in the sixties.

I used to fly helicopters all over Kentucky. Always wondered what those black barns were with all the smoke billowing out of them in the fall.

Now I realize that it was Kentucky dark fired in the making.
