Why did RYO's slap "also pipe tobacco" on their product? Is this ever going to end? Pact was pretty safe to any non-cigarette tobacco. I'm worried that it will end up redefined until all plant matter on Earth has to be included.

Truth be told the anti-tax rhetoric will end up costing the minority, so as not to offend the majority. Right now it's our minority, but eventually someone will have to look a little further ahead.
