Homemade drinks?

I know the vast majority of us here on the site are big into hobbies and such, so I was wondering who all made their own alcohol, whether it be beer, wine, etc.

Any takers?

I've made beer and wine in the past, 20 yrs ago, and I'm getting back into it now. I've started assembling components for a Cornelius keg system. Just need a co2 tank, and regulator and we're good to go. A friend donated 20 pounds of honey from his hives so a batch of mead will be in the fermentor soon. Light lager will follow.

No it isn't!

I wasn't that scared at all; I figured between all of us here it wasn't that big of a deal.... And I had enough ammunition behind me as far as knowing the state regulations

I can't sell any, but I can share!
