How does one post reviews on tobaccoreviews.com?

I did the join now option but no one ever got back to me. Am I doing something wrong?

I don't remember getting a notification. I registered one day and posted a review the next. Try logging on and see what happens, if not try registering again using same name etc. If it didn't take the first time you will be able to use same name etc. if it is says it is taken then you should be able to log on and review.
