IM Corona Electric Lighter

I bought a used IM Corona for a decent price. Unfortunately it is not working at the moment. I cleaned it, refilled it, and purged all the air from it. I got it to work for a little while, but I suspect there is something wrong with the flow control or a clog I can't fix. So the question is, who do I send it off to for repair?
