Intro to myself

Hi there, I am a newbie and I have never been a member of one of these sites before. I live in Canada near to Edmonton but I am originally from Stoke in England. I never smoked until my son bought me a pipe for fathers day this year. I always liked pipes (my grand father smoked pipes) but I never thought I would be smoking one. I am 54 this year so I am an old smoker but only in age. So thanks for listening to my ramblings and I hope to take my place amongst you more experienced pipe smokers.
